Where is my Device Key?

Open ORO PLAYER on your TV. The activation screen shows the Virtual MAC and a 6-digit Device Key (and a QR code).

The key is not accepted

The key works once and changes after a few minutes. Open the activation screen again for a new one, and check the Virtual MAC.

I paid but my TV is still locked

Keep ORO PLAYER open: it checks automatically. If it is still locked after 5 minutes, use "Find my order" or contact support with your order number.

Does ORO PLAYER include channels?

No. ORO PLAYER is a media player. You add your own playlists.
